This updates to PDK 2.1.0
PDK 2 brings a particularly useful thing - a "devcontainer". This is used in vscode to automatically run the vscode editor/linter/tester/etc. in a docker container, so you don't have to muck about with dependencies and so on on your main machine. Very cool.
